They give out wrong phone number on bill, and you can not contact them. I am going to call the FTC on them!

I have tried for 3 months to simply cancel the prescription for Game Changer. I cant remember my password but I never receive an email to change it.
I have tried calling and invariably the person who wants to help is asking for credit card info - to charge $5 that will be reimbursed. Im absolutely not going to do that

I was told it would be a $5 fee to have customer service solve my problem, but fraud alert said it was a $55 fee. Not sure what's going on.
I called customer support because even though the GameChanger site says we have paid for GameChanger Plus and our subscription does not run out until June, 2026, we cannot get Box Score or Play by Play. I'm a little concerned about what's going on here.

Refund my money. I canceled this account as I never could find the team I was looking for, but you charged me $10.99 anyway. I want my credit card credited back now.

We have paid twice for our subscription and no one is calling or texting us back from accounting to straighten this up.
We have asked that someone contacted us to straighten up our bill. I asked if someone could call to get our double billing straighten out, but apparently no one has a phone because they said that, that option wasn't possible.
I think it was Jesus that said he would submit a request to your accounting department, but it's been over a week, so I've almost given up on that!! We set up an account in April 2024. In February 2025 we didn't have Gamechanger and the text from (Contact us) said we didn't have an account so we paid again. Now in April 2025 Game Changer charged us on our Visa for Game changer again.
It would take probably 35 minutes to get this straightened out over the phone, instead of all these texts. And being sent to an agent and then another agent, when none of them can see our account history. This Customer Service Department isn't working at all for your Customers. Can someone look into our account and get back with us.

User's recommendation: There needs to be a phone number to get a hold of someone if there is a problem with billing. The people that is assigned to you problem solving area say they can't see our accounts or billing history.

Give me a refund!!! I was only trying the app.
And planned not to get it. But today I was charged for a year subscription!!!

Nothing of value is free on Game Changer. Even paying money might not get you the access you expect.
I signed up for the middle level of access. Now when I look for the schedule of upcoming games, I only see past game dates.
At first there weren't any games streamed or videos, just animation. Then, a few weeks later I wanted to watch a video of one of my grandson's games. The game changer app said I had to upgrade to premium before I could see a video.
I think for a grandmother living on Social Security I've paid enough. I think they are taking advantage of families who can't go to the games in person, instead of providing a service.

I've had GC for 6 years with no problem. It was suggested by customer service that I cancel the app and then sign up for a free 7-day trial with payment starting on 5/31. STTL isn't working: no video, no box score, no nothing that should be included!

Not a good experience. Still waiting to hear back from customer sevice!! I called was told they couldn't help me so I emailed and I am still waiting for an answer.
Not receiving premium service that I paid for.
I'm trying to resolve my problem I have discovered it is, for whatever reason, VERY difficult to communicate. No phone number to speak directly to staff.
